If necessary, sand the paintwork beforehand with a P2000 grit (or finer) or pre-polish with Cut Max (02463000) or Ultimate Cut (02393000). Use a variable-speed rotary polisher with Foam Pad medium (04930000) or Foam pad soft (04932410). Exerting medium to slight pressure, always polish with plane pad. Never polish completely dry. Carry out several individual polishing steps with the addition of small amounts of polish instead of one long polishing cycle. Wipe off polish residue with a Microfibre Cloth soft touch (04510000) applying light pressure. Always check the polishing result in between by wiping with PROFILINE Prepare (02373000) on a Microfibre Cloth soft touch and then illuminating with a hologram lamp. Can also be processed with an orbital machine, if only a finish is required. Regularly clean polishing pads. Never use different polishes on one pad. Do not use on hot surfaces.
